Vaccines Exposed: The Sobering Truth and the Case for Natural Defense Strategies

Recent publications, including scientific papers, books, and movies, have helped shed light on the real health impact of vaccines. There is an autism epidemic attributed to vaccines, which has been covered up for decades. To distill down a lot of information, “safe and effective” is a total lie. This is certainly the case with the coronavirus mRNA injections that actually make infection more likely, weaken immunity, and have been implicated in body-wide adverse health effects and increased mortality. Here is one of a multitude of papers showing the devastating health impact of the mRNA spike protein injections: “1-year risks of cancers associated with COVID-19 vaccination: a large population-based cohort study in South Korea

Even the use of the influenza vaccine should be questioned. A number of studies have found minimal protection against influenza infection. There are around 200 circulating strains of the virus and vaccines have a narrow window of impact.  A recent study from the Cleveland Clinic found that individuals receiving the flu vaccine were more likely to come down with the flu than unvaccinated individuals. A study involving over 2 million oder adults entitled, “Real world effectiveness of antipneumococcal vaccination against pneumonia in adults: a population-based cohort study, Catalonia, 2019“, found that the pneumonia vaccines tested did not work!

God has designed us with an incredible immune system. Before considering man-made chemicals, there are many natural approaches to optimize natural immunity and reduce risk to infection. The foundational lifestyle elements are critical: diet, exercise, sleep, and stress should be the focus. I recommend a whole-food, minimally processed, diverse diet of organic foods. It’s hard to go wrong with the Mediterranean style diet. Green tea, black tea, fermented foods, and garlic are a few foods that have been shown to protect against influenza. Of course, personalization for food intolerance or sensitivity should be incorporated. Testing for and correcting any nutrient deficiencies can make a big difference in protecting against infection. Zinc, iodine, selenium, and vitamins A, C and D are a few nutrients of particular importance. Functional medicine can improve immunity through personalized approaches, considering influences like mitochondrial function, hormone balance, blood sugar regulation, dysbiosis, and leaky gut syndrome.

For extra protection during flu season, consider N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and colostrum. Both have research in protecting against influenza and they are very safe. I have written about NAC before and will write more in the future – about its incredible longevity potential.

The study “Attenuation of influenza-like symptomatology and improvement of cell-mediated immunity with long-term N-acetylcysteine treatment” found that sustained daily use of NAC significantly reduced the incidence and severity of influenza-like illness in 262 older adults. In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, participants received 600 mg of NAC twice daily for six months. NAC use was associated with reduced duration and severity of illness. Although NAC did not prevent influenza infection itself, those who received it were far more likely to remain asymptomatic or experience only mild symptoms compared with the placebo group. The researchers also observed that NAC improved markers of cell-mediated immunity—particularly T-cell responsiveness—likely due to reduced oxidative stress. Anyone testing positive for oxidative stress, should consider NAC as a daily ongoing supplement. Conventional labs like Quest and LabCorp can measure oxidized cholesterol and F2-isoprostanes as oxidative stress indicators.

Bovine colostrum is the immune component-rich first milk from cows. It contains lactoferrin, immunoglobulins (antibodies), lactoperoxidase, lysozyme, growth factors and other bioactive substances. Its value relative to the flu was examined in the study, “Prevention of Influenza Episodes With Colostrum Compared With Vaccination in Healthy and High-Risk Cardiovascular Subjects: The Epidemiologic Study in San Valentino“. This two month study investigated the effectiveness of oral bovine colostrum compared with influenza vaccination in preventing flu episodes in healthy subjects and high-risk cardiovascular patients. Over a two-month period, colostrum alone or combined with vaccination was about three times more effective than vaccination alone in reducing the number of influenza episodes and flu days. In high-risk cardiovascular patients, those receiving colostrum experienced fewer complications and hospital admissions compared to those vaccinated only.

Don’t blindly accept every vaccine offered to you. Your doctor potentially could be well-meaning but ill-informed. You need to take your health into your own hands and educate yourself.
